Troubleshooting

If you find when opening a link you get a blank page, it is possible that this may happen if you click on a rather large file and you only have an equivalent dial up connection to access the internet. You can avoid this error by right clicking on the link and select the “Save Target As” option (see below) and save the file locally to your PC so that you can open it from your PC rather than from the Internet.

This means you will have access to the file even when you are off the internet, but it ensures that it downloads the file in its entirety and insures the integrity of the file.
